Seeyan Lee is the Managing Director and Principal Legal Advisor at Asian Century Legal. She brings more than 10 years of international and Australian legal experience, specialising in all aspects of corporate advisory and commercial transactions.
Prior to establishing Asian Century Legal, Seeyan had worked for international, top tier and boutique law firms and has acted as in-house legal counsel for clients.
She is an Executive Committee member of the Australia China Business Council and an alumni of Asialink’s leadership program.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
MICHAEL GIBSON
Michael Gibson is a consultant to Asian Century Legal. Michael brings a wealth of experience in major investments and project acquisition and development.
Michael has over 25 years’ experience as a lawyer and corporate adviser. He was Mining Practice Group Leader for one of Australia’s leading law firms for over 10 years, and has been recognised as one of Australia’s top lawyers.
Recently Michael has worked as a senior executive and a Board Director of resource and manufacturing companies in Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, China and Europe.
